Second week went down hill quick.  I had what felt like morning sickness the whole week, but I am not pregnant.  I am sure it's because of my Birth Control pills (that every woman should have access to free birth control pills, should they need them.  I was eating maybe once a day at work and then dinner at home.  I did eat a lot of greek yogurt. 

I was also a bum and didnt make it to the gym.  But I am meeting with my trainer/nutritutionist on Friday.  She is bringing me a sample for the meal service and then we will start that following Monday.
